Poh Heng has always being my 1st choice when it comes to buying gold. Excellent workmanship and good quality. Visited the People's Park Complex outlet yesterday at 6.30pm and spend about 1.5 hours in the store as choosing the right jewellery is not easy. Staff Ms. Herin Fong was very attentive, patient, knowledgeable, genuinely and enthusiastic. She took time to let me try on different design & length of the necklaces and explain the differences of each design. Herin also helped me to choose the perfect earring and bangle that suit me when I told her my criteria. I managed to get the jewellery I looking for with Herin's help. The whole shopping experience was enjoyable, fruitful and not pushy. It is not my 1st time buying from Poh Heng but it is my 1st time writing a review for Poh Heng's staff. Thank you, Herin.

Walked in only intending to browse and ended up with two traditional gold wedding bracelets! Wilson was very patient in talking through all the available options with us. Been on the lookout for my birthday gift and have been checking out various jewellery stores. Poh Heng's quality can be trusted and I found quite a few items which caught my eye. Leah the salesperson is warm, friendly and very attentive. (Her service reminds me of a Singapore Airlines girl.) A very positive and pleasant experience!

We went to Causeway Point for window shopping, stop by to browse at some gold jewellery stores but did not purchase any item. But as we step into PH, we were greeted by one sales lady with a smile. Although I specifically told her that I don't intend to buy anything from the start, but just want to browse some of PH gold jewellery, she didn't flip instead continue to show me all items I requested to see without hesitation. Her pleasant attitude and manners made us felt at ease. So, I requested to see more items. She explains and help to calculate every item despite the fact I decline as the workmanship was above my expectation. Her patience respecting us to ponder over our decision was impressive. At last we bought 2 gold bangle, 1 ring and a pair of earrings. Anyway, her passion, her pro-activeness and professionalism in handling difficult situation with much calm will be one of the shared story for my current organisation of an outstanding customer service model! I recently bought a stunning pair of diamond earrings from Poh Heng clementi mall by the staff Jia San and I am thrilled with my purchase. The earrings are beautifully crafted with incredible attention to detail. The diamonds are of exceptional quality, sparkling brilliantly under any light. May Yong of Poh Heng in people's park complex has always been polite, courteous and recommend the product she thinks looks nice on you. It's never been hard selling to get clients to buy for the sake of buying. She is attentive and remembers what I have bought previously and says hi to me even when I window shop only for that day. I'm from the service & retail for luxury and I found this guy who really shines very well like Poh Heng Jewellery. What stands out is he greets with warmth, and polite manner. Never once pushy, soft spoken and listens well to cater and fulfil our requirements and not forgetting the budget. Professionalism and you will feel an hour or two engaging him browsing is a breeze time, with him sharing the designs and jewellery care, felt really well taken care in the boutique. Of course despite not purchasing on the spot doesn't deliver facial cramps down him. (I previously encounter this here). Kudos to him I felt obliged to return and find him again. The moment I walk in to the store after walking out of the first one , I was looking for a fairwell gift for my beloved colleague, Deckson Ng approached me within seconds, thats already a shocking for me BECAUSE I was so disappointed FROM the service standards at other stores I went , wasnt having much hope and expectation walking in to PohHeng. Deckson was being very friendly even knowing the budget im looking for , patiently guided me through the ENTIRE store recommending me all the possible options. Detail, precise, humble and patient.
