1. How do I qualify for the new loyalty program?

You can sign up HERE to join the loyalty program and instantly enjoy a 10% discount on fixed-price items and workmanship fees.

2. What happens to my existing Privileges membership?

Your current Privileges membership will be automatically upgraded to Signature tier status and you can continue logging in using your existing email address and password.

3. What should I do if I don’t remember my Privileges login details?

You may contact our customer service Here, and they will be happy to assist you with your concern. Alternatively, click 'Forgot Password' if you’ve forgotten your login details.

4. What are the benefits of being a Signature tier member?

Signature members enjoy a 10% discount on fixed-price items, 10% discount on workmanship fee (gold by weight products), earn 1 point on every $2 spent, & also 1.5X points during their birthday month.

5. How do I become a Prestige Tier member, and does the membership expire?

Spend $40,000 within any 12-month period to qualify for the Prestige tier.

Once you've reached the Prestige Tier, your status is valid for 12 months.
To maintain your Prestige membership beyond this period, an accumulated spend of $1,000 is required within the 12-month timeframe.

6. What additional benefits do Prestige tier members receive?

Prestige members enjoy all Signature benefits plus free standard delivery (no minimum spend), a one-time $100 welcome voucher in the form of 40,000 membership points, 3x points on purchases made during their birthday month, and exclusive invitations to Poh Heng events.

7. Does the value of customisation contribute to my total purchase value for Signature and Prestige tier qualification?

Yes, the customisation amount is added to your total purchase value for the year and counts towards Signature and Prestige tier qualification.

8. Can a customer maintain their Prestige tier status through customisation?

Yes, the customisation value is added to the total purchase amount, contributing towards maintaining the Prestige tier.

9. Do points expire? Can I use points to purchase vouchers?

Yes, points expire 12 months from the date that they are earned. No, points cannot be used to purchase vouchers.

10. Are trade-in jewellery transactions eligible for points?

Yes, trade-in products are eligible. Points will be awarded based on the final price of the item paid by the customer in cash after the trade-in value is applied.

11. Where can I check my account information?

Log in to your membership account via Here, then click the "REWARDS" button on the right-hand side of the page to view your membership status.

12. What can I do with the points I accumulate? Is it possible to redeem points partially?

Points can be redeemed to offset the purchase price of products and services (excluding voucher, customisation and repair service purchases) at the rate of $1 for every 400 points.

Please note that points must be redeemed in full; partial redemptions are not allowed.

13. How are points calculated and awarded?

You’ll earn 1 point for every $2 spent. Points are awarded based on the rounded amount spent — values are rounded down to the nearest whole number.
Example:
If you spend $250.80, you will receive 125 points.

14. Where can I redeem my points, and how does the redemption process work?

Step 1: Go to your REWARDS dashboard and copy the Discount Code provided.

Step 2: At checkout, paste the code into the "Discount Code" field before making payment.

Step 3: Once applied successfully, you will see the final price updated with the discount reflected.

15. Will points history be available for Customer to view? (how many years of records can they retrieve)

Yes, Currently is based on life-time.

16. If I offset my purchase using Poh Heng member points, will I still earn points based on the total purchase amount?

Yes, customers will still earn points based on the final item cash amount after deductions for discounts, promotions and vouchers are made.

17. If a customer exchanges an item within 14 days and the new item costs less than the previous one, will the allocated points be adjusted?

Yes, the system will claw back the points originally issued for the returned item and reissue points based on the new item’s value.

18. If a customer exchanges an item within 14 days and the new item costs more than the previous one, will they earn points on the top-up amount?

Yes, the system will claw back the points originally issued for the returned item and reissue points based on the new item’s value.

19. Can I view my order history? If so, where can I access it, and does it include both online and boutique purchases?

Yes, customers can view their order history in the Poh Heng app for both online and in-store boutique purchases. They can also approach any sales staff at our boutiques for further assistance.

20. If the member passes away and has a substantial amount of points, can they be transferred to the next of kin or family member?

This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please reach out to Poh Heng for more information.

21. How can I get verified to be opted back into Birthday Multiplier?

You may bring along any form of identification that states your date of birth to our nearest boutique for verification, and you will be automatically opted back into the Birthday Multiplier.
